FROM A SMALL BEGINNING TO A GROWING BUSINESS
We are a small family business that services the needs of the commercial kitchen industry. We started in 1995, as family with two young children. The store front was located in the city of Colton, where it all started. Our mother Vivian was the sales representative and everything legal the business needed. Our father Alfredo worked on the commercial kitchen equipment as a specialized technician. The two sons, Ray and Ralph, helped out with anything we could do, and over the years, we realized that our forte was services and repairs. As time went by, the business grew, and we started to do the services and repairs ourselves. With the turn of the century, we realized that making the business mobile and doing on-site repairs would give us an edge in the field and thus we created the company that we are today.

We offer on-site diagnosis of your equipment.
REPAIR
Most repairs are done on site. We stock a large quantity of parts in the fleet vehicles in order to complete the job.
